A SOLARA yoga retreat is five or six nights with two guided classes a day, a stronger morning flow and a slower evening session, and free afternoons in between. Groups are capped at 14 on Coastline Flow in Portugal and 16 on Ubud Morning Practice in Bali, so teachers can give everyone individual attention.
Both yoga weeks are listed as all levels. You should be comfortable moving for around 90 minutes, and teachers offer options for every pose, so you can rest whenever you like.
Two. Coastline Flow has a 90-minute vinyasa class at 07:30 and a 75-minute yin or restorative class before dinner: 10 classes plus a 90-minute mobility workshop over five nights. Ubud Morning Practice starts at 06:30 and includes 9 yoga and breath sessions and a sound session over six nights.
Yes, if you are comfortable moving for 90 minutes. Inês Duarte and Ketut Ariana teach options for every level and say plainly when something is optional. The first evening's welcome class is a gentle 45 minutes, which gives the teacher a chance to learn about any injuries in the room.
Coastline Flow (12 to 17 November 2026) starts at €1,450 per person in a shared twin, with a €400 deposit. Ubud Morning Practice (15 to 21 April 2027) starts at €1,690, or €1,550 if you book by 31 December 2026, with a €500 deposit and the balance due 75 days before.
Afternoons are mostly free. In Portugal there are two optional guided coastal walks of 8 to 11 km, including the Fishermen's Trail with a picnic lunch. In Bali, Ketut guides a visit to Tirta Empul water temple, a sunrise rice-field walk and a Balinese offerings workshop.
